Scott Ramsdell has an athletic conditioning background that has lasted over 15 years. Scott has two Associates of Arts degrees from North Hennepin Community College, a professional certificate in Law Enforcement and is POST Certified. He also holds a Bachelor’s of Science Degree from the University of Minnesota with a major in Kinesiology, Rhetoric and Sociology.

Scott has owned, operated, and worked within the fitness and conditioning community in all aspects of employment (including work as a general fitness employee in a fitness center, as a personal trainer in a privately owned facility and as a strength and conditioning coach for athletes). He has also held numerous national certifications in the fitness/conditioning field as well as in the law enforcement defensive tactics field.

Scott has designed and implemented strength and conditioning programs for amateur and professional athletes. His strength and conditioning programs are highly sought after and he has been an invited speaker for many seminars within the fitness field. Scott has been a certified instructor of police officers in many different disciplines for the past seven years.
