The staff at the API Training Center in Minnesota are some of the best motivators in the world.  Each Instructor has attended a Caveman Training™ Instructor Program which consists of over 30 hours of training.  This training includes instruction in the areas of exercise techniques, exercise programming, mental toughness, anatomy, physiology, and nutrition.  After successful completion of this intense training course, there is many hours of continuous training that takes place every month to ensure that the API Training staff is some of the best in the world.
