I teach self defense and think that your workouts are great. Especially for real life situations. I refer my students to your videos all of the time. I hope to see more of them in the future. Best of luck.

I am a 43 yr old dad and doctor who got bored with my routine of lifting, spinning, running some. just sweating but no real hr stress. My trainer, Josh Gonzalez, introduced me to your program as he just completed instructor certification there last month. i did the test a couple of weeks ago in 23 min and it was not easy. i considered myself in above avg cardio and excellent strength. since then i have progressed through several workouts, none longer than 30 min. last one yesterday was 22 min and level 8. mainly strength with 5 cycles of three exercises each, repeating after 3 sec. rests, so literally 30 exercises in 22 min. ball pushups, punching dummy slams, runs, inclined runs, etc. truly an amazing program that leaves me exhausted but ready to progress. soreness now is replaced with fatigue but that is now almost gone the next day. This program would revolutionize people’s concept of exercise. I think the only impediment is fear. others see us doing this and say there’s no way they could do it. but they all could, you can start at any level. i happened to be reasonably fit, but i know i can take it to a level i haven’t seen maybe ever within a few mos at only 2 to 3 times a week. i still lift, ride, run on what i consider now rest days. Great program, i applaud your research and incredible combination sets you have created.
