This is w here it all began.  The original API Training Center is located in Brooklyn Center, Minnesota.  It is owned and operated by Scott Ramsdell, Matt Olson and Erik Munson.  Caveman Training was founded and developed at this location.  All API Training Center and Affiliate Instructors have been trained and certified by Scott, Matt , Erik and their staff.  The API name and it’s programs have been featured in numerous magazines, on television and now on video. API continues to stay ahead of the game by inventing new routines and equipment in an effort to “shake up” the fitness establishment.
